The city of Townsville: an average metropolis plagued by an above-average number of below-average ne'er do wells. That is until Professor Utonium mixes up a special concoction of sugar, spice and everything nice - plus an accidental dose of Chemical X - creating the precious and precocious Powerpuff Girls! Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Him, and the other villains better watch their backs because the girls are ready to save the day...as long as it's before bedtime.
